SafetyRules
01.All jumpers must sign a liability term to enter our facilities. The parents or a responsible adult must sign for customers under the legal age.
02.Jumpers must wear at all times the ticker or a bracelet provided by the front desk, indicating your arrival time and how many hours were purchased.
03.Jumpers must wear non-slippery socks, available for purchase at our front desk.
04.Any kind of food, beverages, candy or chewing gun are allowed at the activities areas.
05.We reserve the right to refuse access to the activities areas to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs of any kind.
06.Belts with buckles, key chains, sharp object or any kind of hanging, loose or pointy accessory are not allowed at the activities areas.
07.No loose items should be kept in your pockets while on the activities areas. We have lockers available to store your belongings.
08.Cellphones and other hand-held devices are not allowed while using our attractions. They can be damaged or cause severe injuries.
09.We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in our premises.
10.Do not take part on our activities if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or any kind of impairment.
11.Admission is allowed for children from 3 (three) years old onwards.
12.Children aged 3 (three) to 5 (five) years must be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times.
13.Keep control of yourself while jumping or proceeding with any of our activities and watch for your safety and the others surrounding you.
14.Do not jump, run or tumble over ther spring covers on the edges of our trampolines.
15.Jump only on the trampolines. Do not jump on the spring covers. These are made of a harder material, not made to be jumped on and might cause injuries.
16. Always jump and land on both feet. A safe landing is the one done with both feet, legs apart, knees bent and arms in front of the body for better balance.
17.Do not jump on someone else’s trampoline. This is a dangerous move as you might lift in the air a jumper that is not yet ready to jump.
18.When jumping from a trampoline to another, be sure to look around first to avoid colliding with another jumper.
19. If you fall, try to land on your back. It is better to keep your arms close to your body to prevent twisting your arms or further injuries.
20.Only one person at a time is allowed at the Foam Pit diving area.
21.Please wait until the previous jump complete its course until the end and leave the Foam Pit before proceeding.
22.Backflipping or jumping headways is not allowed.
23.Wet Clothes and Body Painting of any kind are allowed.
24.Laying down or resting at the trampoline areas or over the spring cover is not allowed. If you are tired and need to take a rest, we kindly ask you to leave the activities area for a little while.
25.For your own safety, please do not attempt anything beyond your skills. Please respect your limitations.
26.Our Court Monitors are there to ensure your safety. Please pay close attention to them at all times.
